Yes — all feedback and rewrites are saved to your dashboard. You can revisit them anytime.
🔒 What happens to my data after I upload my CV? Can I request its removal?
We take your data privacy seriously. Here’s how we handle your information:
- Used only for analysis: Your resume text is only used to generate feedback via a trusted AI service. It is not used for training or shared beyond this purpose.
- Secure storage: We store the resume text and AI-generated feedback securely in our database so you can revisit past analyses and link them to job entries. We do not store the original uploaded files (PDFs or DOCX).
- No external sharing: Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing or research. The AI models we use are configured not to retain or learn from your data.
- Full deletion rights: You can request complete removal of your data at any time. Simply contact us via your account or support page, and we will permanently delete your resume, feedback, and any associated data.
📂 Is ApplyBoost ATS-friendly?
Yes — our feedback and rewrites use standard formatting and clear headings so your CV won’t break in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). We also help you include relevant keywords that improve match rates.
