• Job Tracker Info: Details you manually input about job applications
• Payment Data: Managed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details
• Analytics: We use PostHog to understand feature usage and improve performance

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide resume analysis feedback
• To help you track your job search progress
• To improve the platform through anonymized analytics
• To support payment processing via Stripe
• To send occasional transactional emails (e.g., credit receipts, support follow-ups)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share limited data with:

• Stripe – to process payments securely
• PostHog – for privacy-conscious product analytics
• OpenAI – anonymized text data may be sent to our language model provider to generate resume feedback

4. Data Retention

Your resume and job tracker data is stored in your account and remains accessible unless you delete your account or request removal.

We use secure storage, HTTPS, and role-based access control to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we actively monitor and update our infrastructure.
