These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApplyBoost ("we", "us", or "our") at applyboost.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

ApplyBoost is a tool to help users improve resumes and manage job applications. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Do not share your account or use it for commercial reselling purposes.

3. Credit System

ApplyBoost operates on a credit system. Each resume analysis requires 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Free credits may be provided for trial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform and all content, excluding user-submitted resumes or notes, are the property of ApplyBoost. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of resumes and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data to provide feedback and support your job tracking experience.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to upload unlawful content, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the service, or misuse it in ways that harm others.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ApplyBoost is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in job offers or career success.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
